Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to accurately assess their physical conditions and functional abilities, ensuring a tailored treatment approach.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on both short-term and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on techniques and therapeutic modalities, such as manipulative therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrical stimulation, to alleviate pain and improve patient mobility.
• Instruct patients on proper body mechanics and postural alignment to prevent future injuries, promoting self-efficacy and independence.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other health professionals to create a seamless care experience for our patients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations, documenting treatment interventions and outcomes thoroughly.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain, post-surgical recovery needs, and various musculoskeletal concerns. We specialize in treating conditions such as back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, tendonitis and bursitis, fractures, as well as balance and gait deficits. Understanding the unique needs of each patient is crucial, and our therapists strive to provide personalized, goal-oriented care that cultivates trust and partnership.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Possession of Board Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting.
• Proficient in rehabilitative techniques and modalities relevant to a variety of physical therapy interventions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt treatment approaches based on patient progress.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
