Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will perform a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and creating personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples, working with individuals both together and separately to address issues affecting their relationships.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies and techniques to help manage family dynamics, including conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and blended family challenges.

• Implementing interventions for specific issues such as job stress, communication difficulties, and adjustment to divorce or separation.

• Documenting progress in client records and maintaining compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults, children, and adolescents dealing with a range of issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, family conflicts, and communication barriers. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
