Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patients' trauma histories and create tailored treatment approaches.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively support patients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences, establish effective coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded, integrated care for all patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during instances of acute trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
