Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics.

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor clients' progress, stability, and the appropriateness of discharge plans.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously refining person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans for each client.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments and facilitating individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
