Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans for patients referred by healthcare providers.
• Utilize evidence-based practice approaches, focusing on orthopedic conditions but also incorporating pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine considerations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging with patients to provide support and encouragement throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress.
• Administer therapeutic interventions at the clinic, using techniques and procedures that enhance patients' functional capabilities, as aligned with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and exercises to promote recovery beyond the clinic.
• Meet minimum utilization targets and actively contribute to achieving broader business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. This role requires not only clinical expertise but also a compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring every individual feels valued and understood. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, reflecting a strong educational foundation.
• Must possess a valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• A minimum of two years' experience in physical therapy, with a focus on orthopedic settings being advantageous.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association to maintain patient safety during care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
