Work Environment

The successful candidate will work primarily onsite in an outpatient office located in the picturesque Fort Myers Beach area. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Implement physical therapy interventions across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine cases.
• Deliver excellent customer service as a foundational element of care, contributing to a welcoming and effective treatment environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and shared knowledge.
• Provide skilled therapeutic services, including hands-on interventions and exercise prescription, in alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Consult with patients and their families, offering education on home-care strategies and preventative measures to facilitate lasting recovery.
• Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall business objectives of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patient populations, including those dealing with orthopedic injuries, recovery from surgical procedures, chronic pain management, and sports rehabilitation. Our clinic's focus on patient-centric care ensures that you will foster meaningful relationships with patients, potentially aiding their recovery by exceeding functional goals established in collaboration with them. Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, with an active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and other computer skills necessary for documentation and patient management.
• A commitment to building strong interpersonal relationships with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

While candidates with a range of experience levels are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior clinical experience in orthopedic settings. Proven ability to utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies and an enthusiasm for continuing education will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
