Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs, documenting progress from the initial intake through discharge.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating effective interventions for various demographics including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Plan and facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to ensure client engagement and effectiveness.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress consistently, adapting treatment plans as necessary to align with changing needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Assist in managing client referrals and liaising with external specialists as needed for comprehensive support.

• Provide outreach and support to family members and primary caregivers to equip them with strategies for supporting their loved ones’ mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding the unique needs of each individual, couples, and families will be paramount in developing effective treatment approaches. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their healing journeys and improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
