Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments for adult clients to identify individual needs, strengths, and personal goals.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ unique circumstances.

• Collaboratively developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, encompassing specific interventions that align with professional best practices.

• Engaging in crisis intervention and providing immediate support to clients when faced with urgent mental health challenges.

Your work will primarily focus on adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure or licensure eligibility as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or an equivalent credential.

• Current registration with relevant professional licensing bodies and appropriate professional liability insurance coverage.

• Strong skills in administering assessments, interpreting results, and providing clear, concise reports for clients.

Preferred Experience\n
