Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ emotional and psychological health, identifying areas that require targeted therapeutic intervention.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, ensuring the delivery of effective treatment pathways.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
