Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage in intensive case collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care that addresses the multifaceted aspects of client mental health.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and implement appropriate interventions.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma, demonstrating our commitment to promoting mental wellness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other significant life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
