Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health therapist, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. This innovative work setting allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while reaching out to individuals seeking support. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, generally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to coordinate seamless and holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on clients dealing with a range of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance-related issues. You will work with diverse individuals, couples, and families, each with unique challenges and backgrounds, ensuring that every patient receives tailored care that respects their individuality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, coupled with a proven ability to assess and develop effective treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
