Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patients' mental health needs, strengths, and barriers to recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and health educators, to develop integrated care plans that optimize patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, therapeutic options, and medication management, fostering an understanding of the treatment process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective communication skills to promote engagement and healing.
\n
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patients’ specific goals, preferences, and family dynamics.

• Guide patients through the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and ensuring access to appropriate services.

• Plan and facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, as well as participate in discharge planning and follow-up care for patients transitioning out of intensive support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
