Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between students, families, and outpatient healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and address individual needs.

• Engage with insurance companies for the purposes of pre-certification and ongoing utilization management to facilitate access to necessary resources.

• Contribute actively to discharge planning and aftercare strategies, collaborating with other mental health professionals and school staff.

• Provide therapeutic meal support tailored to students' needs, while modeling and encouraging healthy relationships with food and nutrition.

• Deliver empathetic and affirming care aligned with each client’s intersecting identities, ensuring culturally competent support strategies.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in line with organizational protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on students in the school environment, addressing their mental health concerns, emotional challenges, and behavioral issues. As an LCSW, you will work closely with older adolescents and young adults, providing tailored interventions that promote their personal and academic development. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
