Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care, closely assessing and addressing each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to ensure dedicated attention for each patient, enhancing their treatment experience.
• Apply advanced knowledge and expertise in orthopedic care to develop effective, hands-on treatment strategies.
• Incorporate cost-effective treatment techniques that prioritize patient outcomes and minimize dependence on surgical interventions and medications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The outpatient clinic caters to a diverse patient population, ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults regaining mobility after surgery. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Outstanding proficiency in a wide range of manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional skill and creativity in developing effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for efficient patient documentation.
• Strong foundation in current physical therapy practices supported by scientific research and evidence.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
