Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to determine client needs and establish effective treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to continuously enhance therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
