Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop tailored treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices, responding to each client's unique needs and diagnoses.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including in-depth assessments of psychiatric, substance use, and criminal histories to inform treatment strategies.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with care teams, patients, and family members to create a cohesive approach to mental health care.

• Provide on-call crisis intervention and emergency consultations during your scheduled workdays to ensure immediate support for high-risk clients.

• Evaluate and document suicide risk with clinical precision, adhering to best practices for assessment and intervention.

• Document patient sessions accurately in electronic medical records while maintaining compliance with ethical standards and reporting mandates.

• Write comprehensive clinical reports and consult on complex cases to support interprofessional collaboration and enhance treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
