Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship to practicum students in pursuit of their clinical licensure, ensuring they receive practical guidance and constructive feedback.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community support agencies, to create comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional liability insurance demonstrating commitment to ethical practice and protecting client interests.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health setting, providing direct clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
