Work Environment

The role of Orthopedic Physical Therapist is based in our dynamic outpatient office , designed for patient-focused care and teamwork. The clinic operates during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, providing optimal scheduling for both staff and patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support recovery.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, pain management techniques, and modalities aimed at restoring function and mobility.

• Assist patients with both active and passive exercises, focusing on muscle re-education, activities of daily living, and gait training.

• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, self-management techniques, and the importance of adherence to recovery protocols.

• Maintain open lines of communication with interdisciplinary team members—including chiropractors, occupational therapists, and physicians—to ensure collaborative care and optimal patient outcomes.
