Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, helping to identify their unique strengths and challenges.

• Engage in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the diverse cultural and personal needs of clients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, ensuring that treatment plans are effective and relevant.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while continuously monitoring client progress through established benchmarks and goals.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure that clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services by assessing risks and creating effective safety plans for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in accessing community resources to support their ongoing mental health needs.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health awareness and encourage community engagement with mental health resources.
