Work Environment\n

This position is full-time and offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while dedicating your expertise to helping clients. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured yet accommodating professional schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals, preferences, and challenges.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and the importance of self-care.
\n
• Monitor and document clients’ progress throughout the treatment journey, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with our team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to mental health care.

• Incorporate the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment into practice to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to foster a collaborative environment and contribute to the best practices in mood disorder treatment.

• Advocate for clients to promote awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with us, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your role will be to provide holistic support that empowers clients to achieve their treatment goals and improve their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities focused on mood disorders.
\n
• A robust understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• A history of achieving successful treatment outcomes for clients with mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with adults facing mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
