This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing essential mental health services to a diverse patient population from the comfort of your home.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling flexibility in your work-life balance while ensuring you can provide therapeutic support to clients effectively. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals in a virtual setting, promoting an atmosphere of teamwork and shared goals. Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional rotating evening and weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, employing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs, aspirations, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote symptom management and recovery.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, self-care practices, and available treatment options.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes, utilizing tools for tracking progress and outcomes.
\n
• Engaging in regular consultations with psychiatrists and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
\n
• Staying current with the latest research in the field of mental health to incorporate innovative practices into treatment protocols.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of client sessions and treatment interventions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to continually enhance your clinical knowledge and skills.

• Advocating for clients, helping to de-stigmatize mood disorders, and ensuring their mental health concerns are addressed in a supportive and constructive manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily focuses on adults experiencing various mood disorders, particularly those suffering from depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will have the opportunity to foster therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their individual therapeutic needs and enhancing their overall mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• Strong foundations in evidence-based therapies aimed at mood disorders, highlighting expertise in CBT and DBT.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a commitment to excellence in patient care, candidates with:

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
