Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that each client’s unique mental health needs are understood and addressed.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on initial patient assessments, collaborating with clients to establish achievable goals.

• Engage in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams, participating in patient rounds and ensuring clear documentation of each client's treatment progress and care plans.

• Provide ongoing case management services by consulting with healthcare professionals and community resources, facilitating a holistic approach to client care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation following ethical and departmental guidelines, maintaining high standards of client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with the latest therapeutic interventions and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
