Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, as you will be traveling to patients' homes to deliver effective therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapy license issued by the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
