Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, assess patient conditions, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans that fall within the urgent care scope.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including X-rays, lab results, and EKGs, to guide appropriate medical interventions.
• Triage patients efficiently, managing patient flow to ensure minimal wait times while maintaining high standards of care.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, including wound closure, incision and drainage, and foreign body removals, with precision and care.
• Administer regional anesthesia and digital blocks for applicable procedures to ensure patient comfort.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as aspiration and injection therapies for joints and cyst management.
• Initiate intravenous fluids and perform closed reductions for simple fractures and dislocations as necessary.
• Oversee daily patient care tasks, including lab result reviews and patient callbacks, maintaining communication with the healthcare team.
• Lead day-to-day operational activities as the primary care provider, offering guidance and support to fellow clinical staff and advanced practice clinicians.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
