Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental and emotional well-being to identify specific needs and concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans by collaboratively working with clients based on their unique goals and evaluation outcomes.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for individuals across all age ranges, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans to reflect clients' progress and adjust support according to their evolving needs.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, according to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate with members of a multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care surrounding client mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide-ranging client base, including children, teenagers, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy in a professional setting.

• Experience working effectively with diverse age groups, including both children and adults.

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to complete client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in a timely manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adapt to electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in teletherapy or remote counseling is advantageous.

• Specialization in specific therapeutic methodologies or approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or other evidence-based modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
