Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs thoroughly, tailoring personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients toward building resilience and achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain concise and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance with HIPAA regulations, and ethical practice as per the guidelines of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists and psychologists, participating in case consultations to improve the quality of care and integrate diverse approaches.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health, sharing valuable knowledge regarding treatment options and available community resources that empower them to advocate for their health.

Compensation and Benefits
