Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ presenting issues, personal history, and treatment objectives.
• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop, personalize, and implement treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and circumstances, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements, maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
• Actively participate in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest clinical practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At our detox center, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily comprising individuals facing substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. The typical clients may include those in the early stages of recovery or seeking outpatient support, emphasizing the importance of understanding the complexities related to addiction and mental health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and implementation skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating empathy and compassion in client interactions.
• Proficiency in digital therapy platforms to facilitate remote sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
