Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, leveraging tools such as intake questionnaires and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with clients' individual goals and recovery pathways, ensuring they are holistic and actionable.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care specific to diverse client backgrounds and experiences.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications
