Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Designing individualized therapy plans based on thorough evaluations of patients' needs, goals, and functional capabilities.
• Administering effective treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as traction and electrical stimulation.
• Supervising and mentoring Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring their implementation of treatment protocols aligns with the clients' care plans.
• Conducting detailed assessments using diagnostic tests to evaluate muscle, nerve, and joint functions, then reporting findings to the interdisciplinary team.
• Making home environment evaluations to recommend adjustments that enhance client independence.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and streamline client treatment and follow-up interventions.
• Facilitating client and family education regarding therapy techniques and usage of assistive devices.
• Monitoring client responses to treatment and making appropriate adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications
