Work Environment

The position is structured for a Monday to Friday workweek with a shift that begins at 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours each week. Working onsite at our hospital facility, you will be immersed in a dynamic clinical environment, engaging in a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. This setting provides a rich learning experience, as you collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure continuity of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously review patient medical records to inform treatment decisions.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays, to aid in accurate diagnosis.
• Diagnose and treat a diverse range of health conditions, focusing on family medicine, to ensure holistic care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with chronic and infectious diseases.
• Prescribe necessary medications and vigilantly monitor patient responses to treatments.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for all patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, preventive measures, and overall wellness.
• Manage the overall health and wellness of patients, promoting preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in primary care and continuously enhance your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• State licensure as a Physician Assistant, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• A minimum of two years of proven experience as a Physician Assistant in a relevant clinical setting.
• Demonstrable specialization or expertise in family medicine and primary care.
• Exceptional knowledge of health regulations, patient care standards, and clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physician Assistant position offers a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 – 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
