Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and understand the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific concerns.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress towards treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to ensure effective outcomes.

• Offer immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing crises, creating safety plans that provide them with a clear action strategy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least two years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families, including skills in both group and family therapy settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a community health setting or outpatient care is highly preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will facilitate seamless documentation and patient management. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
