Work Environment\n

This role is operated remotely, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic that caters to licensed mental health professionals. The work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no requirement for weekend or after-hours work. You'll have access to a fully supportive administrative team and robust IT infrastructure, allowing you to focus solely on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in managing their mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely client records using our streamlined digital documentation platform, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings, peer check-ins, and skill-building training sessions to foster professional growth and improve clinical skills.

• Assist in developing treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique history and presenting issues, focusing on evidence-based interventions.

• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

As a Remote Therapist, you will primarily serve clients facing various mental health challenges, with a particular emphasis on trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
