Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring that services are customized to fit each client’s unique circumstances.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, providing ongoing support, motivation, and adjustments to treatment as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, based on client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and follow-up assessments, in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and receive peer support.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote rapport-building and a therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing virtual therapy or telehealth services in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document and manage client information effectively.
• Training in specialized therapeutic modalities or interventions pertinent to specific client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
