As a remote work environment, our counselors enjoy a flexible schedule that enables them to tailor their work hours to best suit client needs. Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of some flexibility to accommodate patient sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments that capture clients' unique backgrounds and experiences to develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure in Washington State as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong cultural competence and the ability to practice with sensitivity towards the diverse experiences of clients.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.

• Proficient in using virtual communication platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n
