Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and design personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating patience and understanding during difficult situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and support holistic treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities provided by the organization to stay current in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population varies in age and background, encompassing individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in providing tailored support that empowers clients to navigate their unique journeys toward recovery. Working with diverse populations, you will foster resilience and promote mental well-being in a community-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Pennsylvania state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in individual therapy, with a preference for candidates familiar with trauma-informed care.
• Strong commitment to upholding client confidentiality and ethical practice in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans.
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
