Zenshin Asian Restaurant in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and lead our culinary team in a fast-paced, Asian-inspired kitchen. With at least five years of culinary experience and strong leadership, you’ll supervise staff, refine plating, ensure food safety, and contribute to menu development while delivering exceptional dining experiences.
