Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each client's privacy and confidentiality are upheld.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each unique situation.
• Address a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management, through effective counseling interventions.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, including making referrals to specialists when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adults facing varied challenges related to mental health and wellness. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services to clients.
