This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to provide therapy to a diverse client base. You will have access to advanced telehealth tools and resources, enabling you to deliver effective therapeutic interventions without the constraints of traditional office settings. Our hours of operation extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, accommodating a range of client schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' histories and needs.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to promote trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Provide evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through trauma processing and the development of coping strategies.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated client care.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely support.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development focused on trauma-informed practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a motivated client population experiencing trauma-related challenges. We focus on clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Each therapist is encouraged to work with diverse groups, including couples, which we support with additional training. Our goal is to provide clients with a safe environment to heal and grow, delivering tailored therapeutic approaches that suit their unique backgrounds and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders, treatment modalities, and resilience-building techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude.

• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

• Demonstrated capacity for self-guided time management, including timely completion of clinical notes within 24 hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
