Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge the emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's diagnosis and therapeutic goals, integrating evidence-based practices tailored to their specific situations.

• Deliver therapeutic counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions to guide clients towards breaking negative thought patterns, addressing harmful behaviors, and facilitating positive life changes.

• Maintain detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults and youth experiencing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, is required.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with various mental health conditions.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic models, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively, empathize with clients, and build rapport across diverse populations.

• Skilled in using electronic health record systems to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

• Ability to work independently while remaining adaptable to varying time commitments and client needs.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000–104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client load.
