Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Well Spring Therapy Solutions, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both within the clinic and in the community.

• Actively participating in team meetings and collaborative care efforts to influence positive outcomes through shared goals and mutual support.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the needs of clients, and when necessary, arranging for deeper evaluations.

• Developing, implementing, and integrating comprehensive care plans that ensure continuity of services while promoting client empowerment.

• Administering brief intervention services including crisis intervention as needed, assessing client risk levels, and managing crises effectively.

• Carrying a manageable caseload of clients and providing individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their unique situations.

• Monitoring treatment services to maintain quality and relevance based on clients’ evolving needs, including timely completion of necessary documentation and data submission.

• Delivering periodic reports and maintaining compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and committee work to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n
