Work Environment

This role is primarily based on-site in a home care setting, allowing you to bring care directly to patients in their familiar environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, strengths, and limitations, allowing you to design customized treatment plans.
• Implement targeted, evidence-based interventions aimed at improving mobility, pain management, and overall functional independence.
• Maintain ongoing documentation of patient progress in compliance with health regulations, utilizing electronic health records for timely updates.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to align treatment goals and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and provide them with home exercise plans to facilitate progress outside of sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Spring Bay Physiotherapy, you will work with a diverse spectrum of patients ranging from children recovering from sports injuries to elderly clients managing chronic conditions such as arthritis or post-operative recovery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Compensation and Benefits

Spring Bay Physiotherapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
