Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions through virtual platforms, providing group, family, and individual therapy to clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in counseling is required, showcasing a strong foundation in mental health treatment.

• Understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
