Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals.

• Deliver innovative and evidence-based therapy designed to prevent and address mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to ensure effectiveness.

• Coordinate care with other treatment providers and placement agencies, ensuring holistic support for clients.

• Timely completion of all client documentation, from session notes to treatment summaries.

• Maintain an active caseload, consistently updating client records and managing follow-ups.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss best practices, case reviews, and team collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Heart of Hope, you will work with a diverse population ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. You will assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other related conditions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; preference may be given for advanced degrees.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe space for open dialogue.

• Proven leadership qualities and a passion for working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
