Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide treatment for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions in a focused, therapeutic setting.
• Establish and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing a variety of rehabilitation techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and the use of therapeutic equipment.
• Continuously assess patient responses and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Guide patients in using assistive devices, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence needed for self-care and mobility.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on treatment plans, physical therapy techniques, and the use of assistive modalities to promote a collaborative approach to care.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in physical therapy through attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, and active participation in professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will benefit a diverse patient population that includes children, adults, and seniors with varying diagnoses and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Current valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia.

• Strong adaptability and flexibility in work approach to accommodate patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
