Work Environment\n

This is a remote position providing flexibility and convenience while ensuring you can deliver effective mental health services. Our practice operates with a community-focused approach, and you will work closely with a collaborative team that is reachable during business hours, Monday through Saturday. We provide in-house credentialing and assist with insurance participation and scheduling, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a diverse range of clients that includes individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Develop and implement detailed interdisciplinary care plans that reflect the assessment outcomes, guiding treatment and support in line with best practices.
\n
• Document treatment progress and communicate effectively with both team members and clients during scheduled meetings and documentation reviews, ensuring transparency and continuity of care.
\n
• Manage caseloads by collaborating with hospital and community professionals to coordinate and facilitate appropriate care for patients, thereby increasing treatment effectiveness.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a varied client population ranging from children to adults, with diverse backgrounds and mental health concerns. Your work will help clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, all aimed at fostering better mental health and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed mental health professional holding either an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW designation in the state of New York.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, and candidates with advanced degrees are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
