Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, determining the best course of care based on assessed needs and risk levels.
• Implementing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to diverse patient populations, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies.
• Engaging in collaborative discussions with fellow clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to continuously refine care plans and treatment approaches through documentation and meetings.
• Providing case management services for assigned patients, coordinating with hospital and community professionals to facilitate comprehensive healing processes.
• Completing documentation promptly and ethically in accordance with departmental and organizational guidelines, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all patient interactions.

Qualifications

To qualify for the position of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Compensation and Benefits
