Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Clinician position involves a variety of responsibilities pivotal to client care and organizational success. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting clinical intakes as well as individual psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of your clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support mental health wellness.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in adherence to state regulations and practice standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with clients aged 9 through adulthood, employing your expertise to address a range of mental health challenges. You will be engaging with diverse populations and have the opportunity to create meaningful impacts on individuals seeking support for their mental wellness needs.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Ability to maintain professional liability insurance as required.
