Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, and strength-based assessments for new clients and families to identify individual needs and establish rapport.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to guide treatment plans and interventions.

• Ensure timely completion of all necessary administrative tasks, including billing, documentation, treatment plan development, and insurance authorization, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop customized crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stable functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that reflect patient progress and facilitate a smooth transition to ongoing care or support services.

• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to maintain a high standard of care.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and competencies through training and educational opportunities.

• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with peers and share insights on treatment strategies.

• Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training to ensure compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications\n
