Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms to assess client needs effectively.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive support, integrating insights from medical, psychological, and social perspectives.

• Provide crisis intervention services in a timely manner to clients requiring immediate assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele in the Simi Valley area, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and face unique challenges, emphasizing the importance of culturally competent care and sensitivity. Your approach will aim to empower clients and facilitate coping strategies that promote overall mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling (MFT), or Psychology.
\n
• Possession of an active California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting, with a preference for outpatient experience.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in using technology for documentation and telehealth services.

• Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a wide range of client demographics, especially in outpatient clinic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
