Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, providing care through house calls and office visits. Equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth technology, our clinic allows for seamless communication between providers and patients, ensuring comprehensive support. The work schedule will typically range from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening hours until 8:00 p.m., depending on patient needs and community outreach activities. Participation in weekend health fairs and outreach events is a key aspect of the role, promoting health awareness and disease prevention in our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, and interpreting diagnostic tests for individuals and families.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, developing integrated care plans that incorporate preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with local health organizations to initiate and implement health education programs that address common health disparities and promote healthier lifestyles within the community.
• Provide care that is culturally sensitive and responsive to the diverse needs of patients, advocating for their rights to healthcare access.
• Coordinate referrals for specialists and arrange necessary follow-up care, ensuring continuity of care for patients with complex health issues.
• Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
